The company currently possesses over 100 units of state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment, including intelligent welding robots, CNC round‑rolling machines, CNC press brakes, CNC three‑face milling machines, a large H800 horizontal machining center, one 6 kW laser cutting machine, one 3 kW laser cutting machine, one 50‑ton spray‑ring pipe bending machine, one 30‑ton pipe‑bending unit, a CNC four‑roller plate‑rolling machine, an electro‑hydraulic servo‑controlled CNC sheet‑metal press brake, a GMC2016 vertical machining center, one 30 MPa high‑pressure air compressor, a sandblasting booth and associated equipment, an electrostatic adsorption workroom and related apparatus, a 18‑meter‑long drying chamber, one KD‑TIG deep‑penetration welding system, one self‑designed intelligent workstation for welding and cutting irregularly shaped tubes measuring up to 12 meters in length, as well as a complete set of nondestructive testing equipment for pressure vessels. In addition, the company is equipped with more than 80 units of advanced inspection and testing instruments, such as fully automatic high‑speed metal analyzers and foam‑liquid testing devices.
